Duke City Recovery Toolbox offers whole-person healing to anyone struggling with drug addiction. Our treatment and recovery services address physical, psychological and emotional wellness.
Drug Abuse Assessment
Duke City Recovery Toolbox provides personalized treatment for opioid dependency and drug addiction. To determine what recovery services you need, we first assess whether your relationship with drugs is limited to a physiological dependency (i.e., your body no longer functions normally without the drug) or if you demonstrate behavior patterns consistent with addiction.
A formal opiate dependency or substance abuse diagnosis will be established during your intake appointment.
Drug Abuse Treatment Opportunities
At Duke City Recovery Toolbox, we understand that addiction changes the way your brain works. We also understand that many risk factors for drug abuse are social and environmental and may be out of your control. To address all aspects of addiction, we provide:
- Methadone maintenance treatment
- Individual therapy
- Family therapy
- Links to community resources for financial, housing and employment support
We develop treatment programs that give you the tools to recognize your triggers and develop healthy coping mechanisms to prevent relapse. We provide social opportunities, like Bible study groups, to develop peer support. And, when you progress far enough into your recovery, we can help you explore titrating off of medications.
